At CAMILLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, we offer returns on full-price and sale items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team completes their inspection.
